Genesis House I (Emergency Shelter)
Mothers 18 years of age, or older, with accompanying children.

Genesis House II (Student House)
Mothers 18 years of age, or older, with accompanying children. Currently enrolled or have the ability to be accepted into college or vocational classes.

Genesis House III (Maternity and Senior House)
Maternity: 18 years of age, or older, with no accompanying children.  Seniors: 62 years or older; unearned income (SSD, SS, retirment income); medically independent; mentally stable.

Telephone Intake
The application process begins with a telephone interview.  During this phone call, a potential resident’s qualifications will be discussed, and Genesis House Expectations will be briefly explained.  At the conclusion of this conversation, an in-person intake meeting will be arranged.
